Pannel of question setters and examiners are submitted by respective Head of the department of concerned subjects. The Dean of faculty concerned, after perusal place the same before the Vice-Chancellor for appointment of paper setters and examiners. In this matter the Examination Board always tenders the advice the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor.

For early publication of results quick evaluation is essential. In such circumstances, centralized evaluation is opted out of University/within the University. Generally the Honours, Post-Graduate, Professional and Technical papers are evaluated out side the University after coding of answer books. The under-graduate subsidiary and general papers are evaluated within the university.

For fair conduct of examinations the invigilators are appointed by cenrtre superintendent out of the teachers of the colleges (whose ward is not appearing in the exam) known for their integrity and character of repute.

Observers are appointed and some times, the flying squads are also deputed to keep the vigilance on the fair conduct of examinations. Observers and squads are appointed by the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor.

Must have 10 years teaching experience.

Should be of reader rank.

Should have adequate specialization in the topics of the paper concerned.
